Yard Waste & Trash
Please do not place yard waste or building materials in your regular trash bins. GL will not pick up your bin if these items are present.
Bulk trash will be picked up on Tuesday, May 5, 2026.
Water Utility Information & Announcements
The City of Green Lake Water Utility has filed an application with the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin to change its method of cost recovery for providing public fire protection service. See the full notice below.

New Announcements
- City wide Rummage Sale is set for May 2, 2026.
- The City Parks and Recreation Board is in the planning stages to replace and add new tennis courts and pickleball courts. Click here for additional information.
- Overnight parking prohibited on city streets from November 15-April 15th. (Snowplowing) If you need to park on the street, please contact the Police Dept to get permission #920-294-6333. Cars may be parked overnight in the city’s public parking lots.
- All sidewalks need to be cleared of snow and ice within 24 hours from the time the snow ceases to accumulate.
- Safe driving …During snowstorms remember to manually turn on your vehicle headlights unless you have daytime running lights, otherwise if the headlights are activated by a light sensor, they may not turn on automatically.

Remember to get my dog license by March 31st every year and I need to be on a leash when you walk me within the City limits.
